Return and Refund Policy

At Vidiena, we strive to make your experience with us smooth and reliable. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps for returning rented items and requesting refunds while adhering to the laws and regulations of Hong Kong, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

Returns

All hired-out items are to be returned within the agreed date of return. The condition should be as received, without any form of wear and tear. Any item that becomes damaged or stained beyond ordinary use shall be charged with additional cost for repair or replacement.

To return your item, please note the following:

• The item is packed safely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Any additional accessories or packaging that comes with the product at delivery are included.
• If you do not return the product within the stipulated date, a late fee will be charged, which will be communicated at the time of signing the rental agreement.

Refund

We accept cash on delivery for payments. Refunds are made through bank transfer. If you would like to request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your order details and bank information.

Refunds are available for circumstances such as:

• Deliveries made of wrong products.
• Products delivered that don't match the product on order.
• Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to delivery

Refund policy does not apply if delivery is returned with extensive damages, or returned past delivery time or cancelled within a period less than 24 hours prior to delivery time.

Once your refund request has been approved, we process it within 7-10 business days. Be sure that the bank account details you give us are correct so that we will not have any delay.
