Are there any additional charges for cleaning?
No, there are no additional charges for cleaning. Cleaning charges are included in your rent amount and our company supports no collection of additional charges for cleaning purposes at any point in time.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Our trusted delivery network across Hong Kong, helps us deliver our orders on the same day. However, we advise you to order at least 2 days before your event, so that you can try it beforehand.
What happens if the dress doesn’t fit?
We have a range of sizes available for you to look perfect. If your dress doesn't fit, you can easily avail of our replacement service, and get a replacement order delivered the very next day.
Can I try a dress before renting?
Unfortunately, this option is not yet available, as we work on a completely online model. It is advisable to place your orders with time left for your event, which can help you get it replaced if it doesn’t fit.
What is the rental period for each dress?
The rental period for your dress is completely customizable, and the charges will vary as per your selected rental period. Make sure to return the dress before the rental period is over to avoid additional charges.
